  To me the so call church was a trap house with 20 chairs in it who gave them their license or where did they get get them

  Yes I agree with you also! I promise you it was the worst funeral i ever been to in my life. An to see my love one to get put to rest like that really did hurt me. I still sit up an think about how we were treated. It's all about the money with that funeral home. An he was so rude to my aunt...to the point were she had to get out her character an cuss him out. I wouldn't give that funeral home not one star. Only reason why i got up one star is because that was the only way i could reply. And yes they lie so much..tell you one thing then lie an say they didn't say it! An suppose to be a man of God. I mean i really couldn't believe how we was treated. Yes everybody fall back on hard time but he use that against us an treated our family like we wasn't worth having a good an nice funeral. An my aunt was so hurt at how he treated us! I really an truly felt like we wasn't at a funeral. Then gave us the wrong address on top of everything! Thank God our love one is laying to rest..but i no our love one can't believe how they was put to rest that way. An i can say he really didnt care about our feelings at all!!!! But never again!!!

  My family recently lay to rest a love one with this business. The whole ordeal was not pleasant. They were rude and very snappy over the phone. They would not give us any current or up-to-date information about the funeral. In addition to their rudeness they not only rushed the services but they also rushed the family to get in their car. And they did not give the family a 2nd viewing of my love one before immediately escorting the family out of the church. My out of town family whom arrived slightly late did not get a chance to view my love one.
  Next to push insult to injury other relatives overheard the director speaking badly about my family's finances on how we couldn't afford to come up with the funds and how he "wasn't gonna give a dime"; which happened to be the same day of service as we were marching into the church. The services was paid for so there was no need to broadcast this information with other people. I strongly would not recommend this funeral home to my worst enemy. Their negativity was unacceptable. And their failure to respect my family in their time of sorrow.

  First of all when i googled the address a picture of someone's residence popped up. So I called the phone and the business phone number was a personal cell number. Then this looked like a trap house!!! It was ghetto,disrespectful, and I was really mad the funeral car leaving the family in line; and rushing the family so bad that they started the service without the family present. And they would NOT REOPEN the casket for the family to view when they arrive this place was very unprofessional. They give my family attitude doing our time of sorrow and i wouldnt send a dead roach to this funeral home!!!!. It was that bad to see my love one put away like this it was so disrespectful to the family but most important to my love one it look like they was thugs yelling out 3 for 10 an 2 for 5's. If i would have known this funeral directors was going to be so disrespectful to my family an the way the laid my family to rest was worst then I ever seen so i say PLEASE if u love ur love one PLEASE don't send them here they deserve better then this....
