  Broke my grandfathers headstone when my grand mother was buried! They suck

  My Father W. Aaron Rankin was buried on January 6, 2017. He does not have a headstone after almost seven months. The follow up and customer service has been terrible. After over five months I made a 900 mile drive to visit the cemetery and try to get answers. We were told on many occasions that the headstone was not in and a follow up and return call would be made. At this meeting with Brenda Quiocho, I found out the order was never made. The reason given was they had a new vender and that was the problem. A new order was prepared to be processed that day and a promise to expedite was made. Changes were made which changed bronze to granite and a vase was added at no additional charge due to this unreasonable mistake. They were to take the new order to my Mother so she could sign within a week. After a month I called Brenda and she still could not tell me the status of the order. She promised she would return a call to me that day but never did. Today is more than a week later and still no call and no follow up. This has caused mental anguish for my Mom but no one seems interested in completing this ongoing nightmare. This post was placed on the F/H East page but applies to the F/H South facility
