I grew up in this church, and now, as an adult, I would love to be able to have a church like this. Highland Heights United Methodist Church is one of the best churches that I have ever even heard about. This church regularly feeds 100+ people a week with their weekly Table Talk. Table Talk Bible study is a moment set aside for fellowship and food! It all begins at 11 a.m. every Monday morning (the food pantry is open 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.). There is a short Bible study to begin with, and then their is a free lunch and time to share in conversation as well as food.
Once again (to show the determination and zeal that the members of HHUMC have) I will mention the ministry programs available at HHUMC: [1] The food pantry is open starting at 9:30 a.m. every Monday morning. [2] Following the food pantry is the Table Talk Bible study.
There are (9 times out of 10, at least) over 75+households served by the food pantry every week, and their are over 100+ people that join us for a short Bible study and free lunch. These members do this EVERY week (along with other things) with a membership total of ~40 wonderful souls.Added March 18, 2017 by Harry Harness IV
