  You really need to have a conversation with pastor Charles Simms, your director at your Little Rock office. A lot of the things he is doing is unscriptural. People are being removed from the program for trying to do right by the program, but if they question any decisions that they feel are unscriptural, they are considered a problem, yet people are permitted to get intoxicated and climb the fence at night and still be permitted to stay in the program.
